All Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd cards are issued subject to these Terms and Conditions (T’s and C’s). These T’s and C’s should be read carefully prior to signing and any queries relating to them should be raised with Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd prior to signing the attached KYC, as signature of same constitutes acceptance of these T’s and C’s:

1.  The Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd card facility to which these Ts and Cs relates is a card pre-loading mechanism whereby clients can fund their issued cards through deposits, which deposits shall reflect as credit balances on the card allowing clients to swipe at designated RK sites for drawdown of fuel.

2. Clients can manage their loaded funds on the online portal accessible at www.rfuels.com

3.  The card shall be exclusively monetary based, meaning that any sum reflected on the card shall be capable of being drawn down in fuel. Same does NOT correspond to any volume of fuel and drawdowns of fuel shall be predicated on the prevailing prices at the time of drawdown.

4.  Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd shall in no way issue refunds or cash payments in the event of any terminated/cancelled card. It shall be the responsibility of the clients to exhaust all available funds pre-loaded.

5.  A valid card must be produced to drawdown of fuel. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a card may invalidate your card. 

6.  Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for any card that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It shall be the sole responsibility of the client to advise Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd in writing of any lost or stolen card so as to deactivate/cancel such card. In no way shall Redan Kero (Pvt) Ltd be liable for any fuel drawn down prior to such notification to cancel.

7.  Any lost, defaced or damaged card may be replaced upon cancellation of the prior card and payment of the card replacement fee as amended from time to time.
